Hi there,
I would be interested in the use of the WashU Epigenome Browser to visualise some data for the organism Parhyale hawaiensis.
Is there a way to load custom genome? would you be able to make it available in the list of the genomes?
Thanks in advance for your help,

Hi Matthieu.

We don't have a feature for supporting custom genomes in the browser currently, most time users usually set up their own mirror site for the genomes they are interested in but not on our list.
setup a mirror site is very easy like 5 mins ish, https://eg.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html
adding a new genome might take 0.5-2 hours depending on how many tracks you want to add, https://eg.readthedocs.io/en/latest/add.html
we can also add your genome to our main browser list if you want.
Hope this helps.
