Hi,

I think this is true for non-bigbed's as well, I set a fixed height of 200 but the browser defaults to a more dynamic visualization where it displays up to the maximum number of rows. Is there a way to remove this dynamic resizing and allow a static height? My sample names are pretty big so I often run into this problem. Here's an example:

I also attached an example remote data hub.

Many thanks,

Joaquin

Hi Joaquin,

similar to the gene track issue, you can add `"maxRows": 5` into the options object, that controls the max rows of that track to be 5

Hi Daofeng,

I accidentally replied on the wrong thread and I put reply to author only. I'm going to resend the message here again.

I don't think maxRows would fix this. Maybe a minRows variable would (if it existed) where the dynamic resizing would never go below this number of rows. I tried this maxRows but I get the same results.

Here's what my embedding looks like even if I set minRows = 10:

You can see the names are still cropped.

I also tried loading the associated datahub (attached) and it's still cropped even with maxRows = 10. Here's just a screenshot:

Thanks!

Seems like the pictures don't work so I'll resend them again.

Hi Joaquin,

There is no minRows options, if you look at https://target.wustl.edu/dli/embed/embed_maxrows.html
you can see the gene track s always displayed as 2 rows, same settings can be applied to bigbed track as well. can you send me one bigbed url that I can test the maxRows works for it?
thanks!
