Hey there Aaron, just wanted to post up and give you my support. I
have about a thousand feature ideas and a UI mockup floating around
for a project like this. I always intended to buckle down and learn C+
+ and just do it on my own, but I realize now that I would much prefer
to cheer the pros on from the sidelines, and give them my 2 cents ;)

My goal is to create this project in a language which allows non-
developers to participate as well, be it either as translators or as
developers of little feature "plug-ins" which just take a few lines of
code and scratch an itch. So maybe you can do more than you're
expecting but without the pain of C++.

Also, just posting in this group that you care help me to come up with
reason to do some work on this project. For example, I'm currently
attending the Jazoon 08 Java conference in Zurich and I'm pretty tired
but since you posted, I felt that I should take the five minutes and
answer. As someone said: The currency in OSS projects is praise :)
