Thermal Power Industry more then 20+ years of exp with Finalization of
Schemes , System P&IDs , BOILER PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS , Power Cycle
System
b) Finalization of layouts for Equipments & Piping
c) Provision of Control & Instrumentation / Protection system
( as per Plant Operation Philosophies and Equipment / System
Design )
d) Furnace sizing calculation , Air and Gas weight calculation , Heat
Duty Calculation,
a) Sizing of Auxiliaries e.g ESP ; ID , FD & PA Fans ; Air Heaters ,
Start-Up system of Once Through Boiler, PCPs
b) Finalization of documents pertaining to operation of BOILERS ( e.g
Start-Up and Shut Down Procedure , Performance Guarantee Test
procedure etc., Steam Blowing Procedure etc. )
c) Technical Co-ordination between NTPC Engg. Groups. And Equipment
