Responsibilities
·
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow
applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL,
HTML 5 and other web technologies.
·
Configure and customize ServiceNow platform
features such as workflows, forms, UI actions, business rules, client scripts,
etc.
·
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and
applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, web services, etc.
·
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
·
Perform unit testing, system testing, and user
acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.
·
Document and maintain technical specifications,
user guides, and best practices for ServiceNow development.
·
Stay updated on the latest developments and
trends in ServiceNow and related technologies.
Qualifications
& Technical knowledge
·
12+ years of experience in ServiceNow
development and administration
·
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
(CSA)
·
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
(CAD) certifications
·
ServiceNow Certified Implementation
Specialist Discovery
·
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
structural Programming, , HTML 5 and other web technologies
·
Experience in developing and integrating
ServiceNow applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio
·
Experience in configuring and customizing
ServiceNow platform features such as workflows, forms, UI actions, business
rules, client scripts, etc.
·
Working knowledge of CMDB Processes
·
Experience in configuring & customizing
CMDB.
·
Expert understanding on import sets and
transform maps, working with external data sources.
·
Working knowledge on identification,
classification rule in CMDB
·
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other
systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, web services, etc.
·
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving
issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
·
Experience in performing unit testing, system
testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.
·
Experience in documenting and maintaining
technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for ServiceNow
development.
·
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
