Starting a leak partway through a simulation.

Hello,

I have a network that I want to add a leak to. I am using the emitter function. However, I only want the leak to be active during a portion of the simulation (i.e. in a 24 hour simulation only have the link present for hours 5-9). Is there anyway to do this?
