Dear all,
I am running into an issue when I try to add additional accessions to a collection in the processing module. In the command line there are many warnings that come up as the following:
30 Oct 09:33:25 Indexer WARN - REAL WARNING: lookup failed for id 4d76614e23b6804bcf1cdc4c0de5a9d9c7c5ef224ae25e3ec112f1dbe1ed6fe0: 0 documents found for this id, Signature is Date: 12 May 2005 00:56

When I find this message in the processing module inbox it is not available to view, but it was viewable when it was in the appraisal module. Many of these email subject lines refer to external links or attachments so I am also wondering if that is the problem when moving from these two modules. Further supporting that is this warning I noticed much earlier in the process:
31 Oct 08:40:29 BlobStore INFO - adding file to blob store = file:/B:/Mss.Ms.Coll.168/Garwin-epadd/FullCorpus/epadd-processing/ePADD%20archive%20of%20Richard%20Garwin/data/blobs/8446.25.png
31 Oct 08:40:29 Indexer WARN - REAL WARNING: Soft assert failed! docId = 80 is not unique. Found: 844 hits!, Signature is null----
It's possible that there are duplicate emails/attachments between the two accessions, but I thought ePADD was able to handle that.
Has anyone dealt with this before and can offer any advice?
Hi,
Are you able to share the archive and accession, or are there privacy concerns?
Thanks
Jochen
