Dear all,

A collogue and I are working through processing an email collection for the first time. While we are importing different inboxes we are seeing other folders that are labeled "muse_" and then a long string of numbers. After we compared the contents it seemed that the muse folders have content that the "epadd archive of Richard Garwin" should have, like the blob folder. Has anyone experienced this before? and if so could we move them back to their right folder? an image is below to help see what we are looking at.

note that we had to split this collection into separate "collections" as combing them caused other problems so that is why there is multiple folders for Richard Garwin. Epadd Processing Issue_20260707.png

Hi,

Just to make sure I understand correctly: you repeatedly import one or more email folders and then export them to the Processing module. This creates a separate "ePADD archive of <some name>" folder for each set of email folders. Later, you noticed folders with names like "muse_<some number>_contents". The contents of each of these muse folders should instead be in one of the archive folders. Is that right?

Are you importing MBOX files, PST files, or something else?

Also, what kind of issues did you experience when importing the combined collections?

Many thanks

Jochen
