Message Body displaying as .rtf attachment

Hi users,

I have imported an email set but no email messages are displaying. The message body appears as an .rtf attachment. When I try and download and open the .rtf file it does not display the message, just html gobbledygook.

The emails came from an archive folder in outlook and were exported as .pst then converted by emailchemy into mbox and imported into epadd.

Any advice would be really appreciated.
