Collections not appearing in processing module

Dear all,
A colleague and I have been dealing with an issue with ePADD and viewing our collections in it. We have uploaded several collections to the processing module and have been working on processing them for over a month. At the end of last week, we saw that when we booted ePADD, the browser instance would come up, but the uploaded collections were missing. We did download the new update last week and it seemed fine, but we are unsure if that is a possible issue, or maybe something to do with Java. Additionally, the collections live on a shared network drive that my colleague and I both can access.
We wanted to ask if anyone has dealt with this before and the best steps forward. A txt file of the command line can be sent if that will help.
