Support for Emailchemy? Dongle not working/Not getting response

Hello all, I'm coming up on renewal time for the Emailchemy add-on. I've reached out to Weird Kid Software several times and haven't heard back. Their help says that when using the dongle and it's near renewal time, I'll get a popup message. That hasn't happened.

Right now, in fact, I'm trying to import and convert some AOL emails, and it's stuck on the attached message, which says

"Found 1 folders to convert. Finished converting 0 folders."

So I don't think the Emailchemy add-on is able to function at the moment anyway.

Does anyone have advice?

Hi Sarah,

We ran into this issue as well. I was able to get ahold of the titular Weird Kid, Matt, and he shared this renewal link with me (although it doesn't appear that it's linked from the actual license page on the website): https://checkout.square.site/merchant/D4EBQDBYKS60Z/checkout/2NLVEE7QOPCLTIHSUQOE6Z2C  

I believe Emailchemy is run by just the one person, which is likely why it's so challenging to get support (frustratingly). I'd love to hear back whether the renewal actually solves the issue you're experiencing with the AOL emails though.

Tricia - thanks so much for your response, and for the link!

As far as the AOL problem, I remembered that my colleague had used Thunderbird years ago as a way to transfer the AOL messages. Choosing Thunderbird rather than AOL at import was the answer. :)
