Processin Module Release

Dear all,

Please find the latest release (Oct. 2) of the processing module at http://suif.stanford.edu/~hangal/epadd/

The programming team tried very hard to incorporate Geoname in the release last week. However, we decided not to include that because of some bugs we found.

I mentioned in my release demo last Fri. that the main features of the latest release are:

Appraisal & Processing modules:

1. Add "Review" flag to processing messages;

2. Add "Bulk" flagging of "Do Not Transfer", "Transfer with Restriction". Annotation" and "Review";

3. Suggestion of "Full Names" to first names appeared in email messages.

Processing module:

1. Add exported files from appraisal module to processing module;

2. Specify metadata (institution, collection id, accession id, etc.) to imported files;

3. Suggestion of authority records to "Correspondents", "Person" entities;

Please be reminded that search and browse functions are also available in the Processing module. You just need to click to Appraisal module to access these functions. We are trying to work out better UI using the Treat grant we received from Stanford.
