Generating a group gene file for SKAT-O

Dear Dr Kang,

I am trying to generate a .grp file using -make-group on the EPACTS version 3.2.6

My VCF has chromosomes as "1", "2" etc and not with the "chr" annotation, they are also tabixed and annotated using EPACTS anno function.

I continuosly get the message "Succesfully create group information for 0 genes"

I am unsure how to proceed and I have seen you write that one can manually also create the .grp file - could you elaborate on this, please?
