Kinship matrix for EMMAX beta version

Hi Dr. Hyun Min Kang.,

I found that in the EMMAX beta as of March 7, 2010 to create kinship matrix, here is a -h option.

BN matrix
% emmax-kin -v -h -d 10 [tped_prefix] (will generate [tped_prefix].hBN.kinf)




I did not find any description about the -h and hBN. Could you pealse explain the different between hBN and BN or aBN file? Do you have a prefer for these files?
