epactsR issue

I am trying to run EPACTS and I was able to cure the segemtation fault by making the chunks but when I tried running the EPACTS package, this is the error I am getting: 

Error in eval(family$initialize) : y values must be 0 <= y <= 1
Calls: func -> glm -> eval -> eval -> glm.fit -> eval -> eval
Execution halted
make: ***

If anybody can tell me what the problem is and how to solve it, that would be great.
