EPACTS installation issue

Hi there,

i got the error below when trying to install epacts using make command

Makefile:774: recipe for target 'pEmmax.o' failed
make[2]: *** [pEmmax.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory '/home/daruma/EPACTS/src'
Makefile:419: recipe for target 'all-recursive' failed
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/daruma/EPACTS'
Makefile:351: recipe for target 'all' failed
make: *** [all] Error 2

I use ubuntu 17.10, any suggestions

I have got the same error message only difference in one line up reported, using Debian. Were you able to fix it? 

make[2]: *** [Makefile:773: pEmmax.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory '/home/ivanova/EPACTS/src'

make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/ivanova/EPACTS'

same here.

seems to be a scoping issue:

same issue in Arch Linux 4.8.13-1-ARCH

I get the exact same error on Ubuntu 18.04
