"No rule to make target" error in installing EPACTS

Hi all,

I encountered the following "No rule to make target" error in installling EPACTS:

"make: *** No rule to make target `single.b.spa.R', needed by `all-am'. Stop."

Does anyone have good idea to help me out!? Thanks in advance!
