group-wise tests differences and references

I'm applying gene-burden tests with correction for covariates and binary traits

I found these types of tests. Could you please confirm the references for each test?

b.collapse: is it the CMC test as reported in https://doi.org/10.1016/J.AJHG.2008.06.024?

burden: which type of test? and why different results from collapse?

b.wcnt: reference? is it a weighted rare variant score similar to Madsen?

VT: is this the correct reference? https://doi.org/10.1016/J.AJHG.2010.04.005
