Dear Mukund,
 The Placement Office of IIT Bombay would like to organize a workshop for
pre-final year students of BTech and DD programs to make them aware of
the selection criteria of the most preferred companies. In the workshop,
the placement office will inform the students about the related issues
and address the concerns that they may have about this.
 I am writing this email to you to find out possible dates and time which
are convenient to the students so that, in consultation with the
placement office,  we can fix a date and time for conducting the
workshop.
 I am copying this email to the placement office as well.
