eopl implementation changes in upcoming racket release

Hi all: this is a request for testing.

The implementation of the EOPL libraries in Racket have been modernized a bit and so if you wanted to double check any code you use, then you may wish to give it a try. 

You can download the nightly build here:

   http://pre.racket-lang.org/installers/

(but it is not yet up to date: the date should be tomorrow morning or later to be sure you've got the new eopl implementation). The git version, right now, will work if are able to build Racket from source.
