Eopk version 0.9.0

I'm going to build version 0.9.0 this afternoon (as soon as I finish
with this bug!) and I will put it up on the code site.

I will also be announcing it in the forums.

This weekend I will try tagging and/or branching the code so that we
have a baseline for the next version. I'll let you know what becomes
of that. Please try and refrain from checking stuff into SVN until I
let you know that I've finished.

Okay, I finished issue24 and have added a tagged version 0.9.0 to the
tree structure. The newest version of the executable and source .tar
file will be up on the site in minutes, followed by the announcements
in L5R and Kamisasori.net forums.

My pleasure. Sorry about the comm black out this weekend. It happened to
be one of my semi-annual lan parties and that pretty much nukes my time
between Friday and Monday. Hopefully my work load is settling down and
we can talk more about specific advancements and developments that we
want to work on and try to piece together at suggestive time line for
the future.
