Parking department

I don't know so much about this department but I still know this department not correct to people . They stay on the street and waiting 3 min for give you ticket I don't know this is America EU have mobile paid parking but I understand they then lose job. When bus blocked intersection they don't give anything some like police blocked when someone stop they run for give ticket. This is fear ? When you stop take some stuff from the car sign is no parking again give you ticket I don't know but all another country no have this problem . On the street traffic people dancing what is that? How I know what he want my feeling some like in some disko place . So any way this is bullshet!
