COMPLAINT LETTER

[María Calderón Prieto]

Dear Sir or Madame,

I am writing to complain about your new burglar alarm.

Briefly, the problem is that the alarm sometimes goes off when you are
not at home. As a result, the police come once the alarm has rung to
your house to see if there is a burglar. Then they realize that the
real problem is that the burglar alarm does not work properly.

I have already tried to talk with you about this matter but you are
never at home. I guess you are too busy. For that reason I am writing
to you this letter.

In order to resolve this trouble, I am requesting that you write a
letter to the company to find out what the problem is. I would like to
know if there is a way to communicate with you if this happen again so
please let me know.

Please contact me as soon as you solve the problem.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
