Hi Angelo,

Here you have our complaint composition:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing with regard to an unfair parking fine that took place
last 2nd of November.

I've recently parked my car in Sesame Street number 6. I did not see
any parking sign there.
When I came back to retire my car, I found out that I had been fined,
and I realised that
there was a non-parking sign hidden behind a tree.

I have already pursued this problem with the local police, and as
result I was advised to contact your administration.

In order to resolve this matter and to avoid people to be fined again
for the same reason,
I suggest the sign should be located in a better place with more
visibility for every body.

I also expect you to consider the possibility of refunding my fine.
Otherwise, I will be forced to
take legal actions against your administration.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Faithfully,
John Stevent.

Hi,

I've corrected some mistakes. Guys, I need help with some doubts I
still have (see my comments to David's corrections). Maybe someone can
help me with them. Thanks ;-)

It should be "solve" because resolve is a decision or a resolution.
Retire means to stop working because your older than 65.
Better place... I'm not sure enough but I suggest "more appropiate" or "proper"

Thanks for your help. I totally agree with you. I don't know why I
used "retired", I guess Spanish translation, unless the car was 65
years old :-). Here a new version with all corrections:
