BOOKS TO LEARN FASTER & BETTER: USEFUL OR USELESS.
Nowadays, the majority of people, who want to learn a foreign
language, feel the necessity for using further methods and techniques
to become fluent successfully. In order to solve it, there are some
self-help books which seem to show how to achieve this purpose. But,
are these books useful or useless?
To begin with, one point in favor of self-help books is that are based
on previous experiences from other learners. In addition, they show
great advices to help learning foreign languages in a positive way
using suitable methods, for instance: repeating out loud, learning
about mistakes… Furthermore these books could prepare their mind in
the process to rid of false lies about learning new languages.
In contrast, these books don’t teach a new language, they only show
repetitive ideas about the process of learning over and over again,
therefore they are considerably more tedious than interesting. What is
more, the title of these books attracts people attention to buy them,
but, in fact they are much less useful than they seem.
On balance, these books can be considered useful but they should
summarize the process in few steps in order to provide readers a
faster and better success instead of making give up reading.
