Dear Mr. Gutierrez
Complain about Hotel Reservation
I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the last
reservation I made in his hotel.
On 10 December 2011, my uncle and I came to your hotel looking for a
quiet and well equipped place for a handicapped person to stay.
Instead of finding an appropriated place for us, we found out all the
problems I had never met. Your hotel had all the lifts broke down and
all kind of stuff standing the way where we wanted to go.
This problems put us in great difficulties to walk wherever we wanted
and they hardly let us to enjoy our holidays, so we really felt bad.
Even when we asked your staff for explanations they gave us no
solutions and furthermore, they had arguments with us.
So, due to all these inconveniences I demand you to give my money back
and I would like you to ensure that such errors do not happen again.
Otherwise, we may be forced to take legal actions.
