Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing with regard to the parking fine I got last week.

Mainly, the matter is that few days ago I went downtown and I parked
my car in Genova Street. At that moment I thought that it was legal
because I didn’t see any sign. But when I returned back to the car I
realized that I had got a parking fine. Then I looked for a no-parking
sign, and there was one but behind a tree, so it was almost impossible
to see it. I regard this whole as an abuse since the signal is not
well placed. You should be more responsible about the traffic signals.

I have already pursued this matter with the local police department,
who have advised me to contact you immediately.

In order to resolve this matter I am requesting that you remove my
parking fine and take action in order to change the place of that
signal. In that way people can see it without problems and you avoid
more parking fines which are not proper.

Please contact me within fifteen days of the date of this letter to
confirm that these steps have been taken. If you need to contact me by
telephone, you may reach me at (00 34) 123-456.

Thank you for your prompt attention on this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Cristina, Juan Luis, David, Alicia and Begoña

Dear Sir or Madam,

Mainly, the matter is that few days ago I went downtown and I parked

my car in Genova Street. At that moment I thought that it (IT=the street????) was legal

sign, and there was one but behind a tree, so it was almost impossible
to see it. I regard this whole as an abuse since the signal is not
