Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you regarding the shamful SP situation my mother X, who uses a wheel chair, and I lived in your hotel.
In short WW, when my mother and I arrived to the hotel, we realized it had not the comfortable material for disabled people the tourist agency announced. Of course, immmediately SP we asked the receptionist for that stuff when he replied to us "we had to move to another hotel, which was 49 kilometres away, If we really wanted a hotel [[[to be]]] ready for handicapped people" NOT CLEAR SENTENCE OR STRUCTURE. In that moment, we felt furious since I had already made sure the "Winter days Hotel" was prepared for my mother. Consequently, we were forced to leave the hotel, therefore we could not enjoy our relaxed and peaceful weekend. P We were absolutaley S upset.
I have already pursued this matter with the tourist agency boss, who have AG advised me to contact you.
In order to sort out this situation, I am requesting you to pay our money back due to the fact we did not stayed VT in your hotel. Furthermore, I would like to recommed S you to properly announce the installations your hotel has.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Marina González.
