Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing with regard to my recent joining to your online DVD store
and the huge increase of spam which I am receiving from that moment.

Briefly, the problem is that despite guarantees about safeguarding
personal data in your site, a huge increase of spam has been produced
in my email account. I suppose, that is due to the fact that the store
do not protect my contact details properly. I have noticed I can see
in copy email addresses from other people, this is the reason why my
email address is public and it could be used to send me spam. As a
result, I receive hundreds of emails a day and my personal account has
become unusable. I regard this as a violation of the Protection Data
Law as well as a breach of our agreement.

I have already disjoined from your web site but my contact details are
already public.

In order to resolve this matter I am requesting that you delete all my
personal information from your database and I would like to point out
my totally disagreement with your service.

Please contact me within seven days or I will be forced to take legal
actions as well as I will write to local newspapers to inform about
your company.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Yours faithfully,
