Dear TIC teachers, educators, and friends,

Happy (almost) spring! Trout releases are beginning at the end of this month, and many of you are already well underway with solidifying your plans. In the attached newsletter you will find tips for your release day, as well as another reminder to submit your Permit Application Form for Regions 3 & 4 by March 15. Trout releases taking place in all other regions must submit an application to the appropriate NYS DEC regional office. Remember that the stocking permit does not grant you permission for site use.

Last but not least, our TIC Spring Teacher Conference is next Friday, March 15 at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. We still have some open spaces, so please register here if you are able to attend.
