Dear TIC teachers, educators, and friends,
Happy Valentine’s Day! This month’s newsletter features a fun activity where students write love letters to their classroom trout. It is hard to believe that we will be releasing our trout babies so soon! Now it is really time to think about your trout releases, including contacting your preferred sites, filling out the Permit Application Form, and organizing transportation. More information is included in the attached newsletter, and I am always here if you have any questions or if any issues arise during this process.
In case you missed it on the TIC/SIC National Network Google Group, there is an exciting opportunity available to participate in the Trout and Salmon Quilt Square Project. Additional instructions are attached to this email, but make sure to sign up by February 17 using the Google Form.
And finally, the TIC Spring Conference is coming up on Wednesday, March 15! Sign up here.
Wishing you and your students a day, week, and month filled with love and friendship.
