Yes, you can order tasking over Iran. You can also search the archive
at USGS/EROS for Iran scenes that have already been taken and download
any you find there at no cost. I am certain there are dozens of IRAN
scenes, especially around Baghdad, that you can find using the Earth
Explorer or Global Visualization Viewer on the internet. Google
search for the links if you don't already have them. Good Luck, Stu
