Question regarding cloudy image policy

Will NASA continue the policy of giving three tries to obtain the least cloudy image of a requested target?

No, each user will receive one chance at one location per week. If
their target is selected by the automated system, that image will be
provided at no cost to the user, but that target will not be re-
selected automatically for any future tasking. If the image provided
is too cloudy, the user should re-submit another DAR in a subsequent
week to request a repeat collect.
