[Enzyme-dev] Adjust Meeting Time

Hi all,

We're trying to find a better recurring slot for the Enzyme/AD community meeting. For the current Tuesday at 3 pm CT, a couple of us have a standing conflict, and it's a rough time for folks in Europe.
