Hi all,
I realized that this was never sent out to this group. The following is a draft manuscript, more like the result of group brainstorming sessions, from circa 2017. Authorship was not tightly tracked so I'll take the blame for any misuse of anyone's name. This draft concerns the matter of how to develop an enzymatic system for the controlled synthesis of DNA.
It's been abandoned for several years. Much has happened in the field since it was drafted, including ML innovations....
Maybe these notes will be useful to someone. Buyer beware.
