git+latex details for roadmap doc collaboration

Here's a simple start to a document that we can hopefully fill out as we go along. Anyone is welcome to commit and send a pull request.

sudo apt-get install texlive-xetex ttf-mscorefonts-installer

xelatex main.tex

My plan is to throw together some Makefile to make this more obvious.
