PR188: Testing on Apple M1

Hi all,

Is there anyone with a Apple M1 machine that can test compiling PR 188?

https://github.com/enzo-project/enzo-dev/pull/188

The changes are trivial to review because it's just adding a header and
including it. I just want to know whether it compiles.

The change only affects the fast 1/sqrt calculation in the tree build of
the ray merging, which isn't tested. So I'm expecting it not change
anything in the test suite when run on arm64. It passes the tests on
circleci on x86 arch.

Hi John,

I've just got a new M1. I'm still figuring out how to get everything up and running and have some other things to do, but I can test this out when I have the chance. I should be able to do it this week.
