Enzo ensemble generation

Dear Enzo developers team,

I wanted to ask how it would be possible to create an ensemble from the Enzo simulation. I see that there are lots of parameters in the 64.param file, but I am not sure which ones to change so that to create a new set of data that are slightly different due to the different parameter configurations that created the data. Or should I change the Cosmological Initial Conditions and then rebuild the executable file? 

Running the simulation with different parameters will allow me to create an ensemble that is crucial for my research, and I am planning to utilize the density and velocity fields of the simulations. Therefore my second question is related to the flow field. I see on the Analyzing Enzo Data documentation page that there are three fields mentioned, including the density. But would it be possible to save the velocity fields as well while the simulation runs?
