Quick heads-up re: new Enzo release / JOSS paper

Hi folks,

Sorry to spam your inboxes!  I wanted to give people a heads-up in case you noticed some odd GitHub activity.

In order to create a DOI number for Enzo using the Zenodo service (a requirement for our JOSS paper), I had to set up some webhooks and issue a new release of the code.  There's now a version 2.6.1, which is basically v2.6 plus the JOSS paper subdirectory.  The DOI for Enzo is 10.5281/zenodo.3469922 (see <a href="https://zenodo.org/badge/latestdoi/178911062"><img src="https://zenodo.org/badge/178911062.svg" alt="DOI"></a>).  At some point we can put that into the README file itself.
