Wrapping up some PRs for the JOSS review

Hi folks,

We have two PRs that need one more approval and a merge (if approved):

PR #110, update of git bisect docs (authored by Britton, approved by Brian and Greg):  https://github.com/enzo-project/enzo-dev/pull/110

PR #113, update of license, copyrights, etc. (authored by Brian, approved by Greg and Britton):  https://github.com/enzo-project/enzo-dev/pull/113

PR #118 (test problem descriptions, https://github.com/enzo-project/enzo-dev/pull/118) is currently incomplete, and could use suggested additions for some of the test problems described in the file index.rst (see https://github.com/enzo-project/enzo-dev/pull/118/files).  It would be great if you could use GitHub's "Insert a suggestion" functionality to suggest additions to empty problem descriptions near the bottom of the file - you click on the line where you would suggest the addition, and then click on the "Insert a suggestion" button in the GUI (to the left of the font/bold/italics buttons).

There's a fourth PR that is still waiting for the referee to sign off on it before we merge+pull.
