Active particle work

Hi all,

Thanks to Britton and Matt's hard work, we're much closer to having working Cen & Ostriker active particles in the 3.0 fork.  We're still seeing some small differences relative to the enzo 2.x branch but besides that possible issue, the CenOstriker active particles seems to be working pretty well.  I've added a 'CenOstriker' bookmark to my enzo-3.0 repository:

If you pull from that bookmark and issue PRs, I'll be able to update my pending enzo-3.0 pull request with your changes.  Also if you spot bugs, please feel free to directly push to my repository.  If you have privileges to push to the enzo repository, you should have privileges for mine as well.

Thanks again for everyone's help with this.  Hopefully soon we'll be in a position to benchmark the active particles.
