As mentioned in my previous post, I am currently trying to use native overflow scrolling via '-webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch' in an enyo mobile application. I am thinking about creating a scroll strategy that utilizes the native touch scrolling capabilities of iOS7 and Android 4.4 instead of using a javascript-based scrolling engine. Optimally, this scroll strategy would also work with the existing List and DataList kinds. What are your thoughts on this? Specifically, what I'd like to know from the enyo folks is what are the requirements for a scroll strategy to work with the List and DataList kinds? I am aware of the fact that the native overflow scrolling implementations do not fire scroll events while in 'inertia mode' but I'm sure I can find a way to mitigate this. Looking forward to hearing from you guys!
