In report after report, including the IPCC’s Special Report on Global Warming of 1.5 °C, the world’s leading scientific experts have sounded the alarm that unprecedented and aggressive measures must be taken to reduce emissions to safe levels to protect our future. It’s clear our climate is in crisis – and solutions won’t come from just one day of action. Extreme weather, infectious disease, and water and food scarcity are already taking a tremendous toll on the health of individuals, communities, and economies all over the world. And the solutions we need are here, right now. But we need to take action every single day of the year if we ever hope to truly end the climate crisis.   To protect our planet for future generations, every day must be Earth Day.
