Dear all,
We would like to bring to your attention a call for input by the UN Special Rapporteur on Toxics and Human Rights. The written consultation seeks input on access to justice and effective remedies in cases involving toxic substances.
This may be particularly relevant to those of you working on Indigenous Peoples' rights, populations affected by mercury pollution, but also cosmetics.
The input received will help inform the Special Rapporteur’s 2025 thematic report to the UN Human Rights Council. The deadline for submissions is 17 March 2025.
You can find full details and submission guidelines here: https://www.ohchr.org/en/calls-for-input/2025/call-input-access-justice-and-effective-remedies-context-toxics
Best regards,
Raphaëlle Catté
