production could triple by 2050, choking

plastic waste are produced globally, much of it
ending up in oceans, landfills, and even inside

a global cap on plastic production — a critical step to
reducing plastic at its source. But a small
group of powerful nations, influenced by industry
lobbyists, is working to weaken the treaty
instead. We cannot let them
