We cordially invite you to our online presentation of two recent studies in Kazakhstan and the Republic of Moldova about structural barriers to NDC implementation and reporting. This webinar is organized by BUND, Friends of the Earth Germany, in close collaboration with CAN EECCA. In collaboration with CIDSE (Coopération internationale pour le développement et la solidarité), Fastenaktion (Switzerland) and Misereor (Germany), we conducted studies in Kazakhstan, Moldova, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Georgia, Israel, Burkina Faso, and Switzerland to answer the question whether international climate pledges can be traced to local climate action. Through the presentation of these two studies carried out in Kazakhstan and the Republic of Moldova, we want to share and discuss our main findings with you that reveal structural barriers to the implementation of NDCs. Our conclusions span particular challenges from data inconsistency and incoherent climate plans to lack of climate awareness in general.

В сотрудничестве с CIDSE (Coopération internationale pour le développement et la solidarité), Fastenaktion (Швейцария) и Misereor (Германия) мы провели исследования в Казахстане, Молдове, Бразилии, Колумбии, Чили, Грузии, Израиле, Буркина-Фасо и Швейцарии, чтобы ответить на вопрос, можно ли проследить за выполнением международных климатических обязательств на местах. В рамках презентации этих двух исследований, проведенных в Казахстане и Республике Молдова, мы хотим поделиться с вами и обсудить наши основные выводы, которые раскрывают структурные барьеры на пути реализации ОНУВ.
