„The Lone Earth” – Sustainable Development Goals in
Georgia
On the fourth meeting of the club, PhD student
from Agricultural University
of Georgia, Ilia Kunchulia presented lecture
about Sustainable Development
Goals in Georgia, that comprised information
regarding SDGs in general,
history, Millennium Development Goals, SDG 17
goals and 98 targets
prioritized by Georgia, etc. Members of the club asked
many questions, they
wanted to know how they could contribute to the global
goals.
The next meeting will be about global climate change. The
lecture cycle has
been founded under the research project “Examination of
soil conditions and
approaches to rational use of adjacent territories of
Kojori-Samadlo motor
road”.
