ВСЕОБЩАЯ ДЕКЛАРАЦИЯ ОБ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ ЛЮДЕЙ.

Давайте же в свете растущего с каждым днем глобального кризиса провозгласим дополнение ко Всеобщей декларации прав человека, призывающее не только к тому, что мы должны как личности, но и к тому, что мы должны друг другу, будущим поколениям и самой Земле.
Такая декларация, которую преподают во всех школах по всему миру и которой клянутся все взрослые, послужит моральным ориентиром, юридическим стремлением и призывом к мобилизации не только для предотвращения краха, но и для сознательного создания справедливой и возрождающейся цивилизации, к которой мы все стремимся.

Преамбула
Признавая, что человечество сталкивается с целым рядом кризисов, включая изменение климата, экологический коллапс и социальное неравенство, крайне важно перейти от подхода, основанного на правах человека, к подходу, основанному на ответственности.
Всеобщая декларация обязанностей человека, подчеркивающая необходимость морального ориентира, служит призывом к действию — не только для предотвращения глобального коллапса, но и для сознательного формирования возрождающейся цивилизации.
Руководящий принцип "Долг превыше права" (за вычетом предварительного рассмотрения дела Судом присяжных) утверждает, что права должны вытекать из обязанностей, подчеркивая взаимозависимость Земли и человечества.
Декларация призвана обеспечить всеобщее понимание и соблюдение всеми, обеспечивая коллективные моральные и правовые устремления будущих поколений.

INVITATION TO WORK TOGETHER ON A UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN DUTIES

You are invited to improve it with your thoughts and insights. We need to develop a new north star that collectively guides our lives to preserve the future:

IT STARTS LIKE THIS:

Let us declare, in the light of the daily growing global crisis, a companion to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, calling not only for what we are owed as individuals, but for what we owe to each other, to future generations, and the Earth itself. Such a declaration, taught in all schools around the world and sworn to by all adults, will serve as a moral compass, a legal aspiration, and a call to mobilize, not just to prevent collapse, but to consciously birth the just and regenerative civilization we all long for and without which our species will be reduced to rubble in the years and decades ahead of us.

Universal Declaration of Human Duties

Preamble
* Recognizing that humanity is facing a convergence of crises, climate disruption, ecological collapse, social inequality, increased global military tensions and acknowledging that in the pursuit of endless growth, consumerism, and technological progress, many societies have severed their connection to nature, community, and purpose, leading to rising anxiety, disorientation and cruel behavior.
* Affirming that every right must be accompanied by a responsibility,
* Acknowledging the Earth as our shared home, alive and interdependent,

We, the people of the Earth, declare the following duties as part of being human:

Article 1 – Duty to Life
Every human being has the duty to act as guardian of life and protect and restore the living systems of the Earth, which are the foundation of all life and future.

Article 2 – Duty to Future Generations
We must act with foresight, ensuring that our actions do not deprive future generations of their right to a safe, stable, and beautiful planet.
