До 13 сентября Евросоюз проводит финальные слушания по "Таксономии финансов для устойчивого развития" ( Technical report on EU taxonomy ). Документ дурной и сырой до ужаса, но судьбоносный: именно он ( и его клоны) будет отсюда и до 2050 года  определять инвестици в какие отрасли на каких условиях будут считаться "зеленым финансированием". ЕС в ходе конкуренции будет продвигать этот стандарт как глобальный.

От Коалиции РбГ я включился в процесс и подам завтра официальные замечания, но другим на это тратить время не рекомендую если вы не зарегистрированы в члене Евросоюза. Впрочем  на вопросы вам письменно ответят всяко.

Зато горячо рекомендую ознакомиться с проектом публичного обращения общественных экологических и правозащитных организаций, предлагающих конкретные поправки в чудо-документ. Данное обращение открыто для подписания до завтра 12 сентября 18.00 по центрально-европейскому времени. Меняться в нем уже ничего по сути не будет, но подписи НКО приветствуются (присылать по адресу hevi...@wwf.eu ).

Как участник трехдневного обсуждения я был приятно удивлен конструктивной радикальностью организаторов процесса - очень внятно и лаконично включивших почти все наши предложения. Единственное что не прошло с моей стороны - предложение вообще исключить новые ГЭС - оно было сужено до европейского пространства, но учитывая ситуацию это самое главное для адресатов. По остальным фронтам предложения даже конструктивно радикализовались (так исключение скотопромышленности даже меня шокировало, но оно логично: хошь в нирвану-ешь бобы)

Так как в ходе официального обсуждения евробюрократами все же задается вопрос "подходят ли наши критерии для применения вне ЕС?" то подписи любых согласных подписать это НКО, полагаю, легитимны.

Чем больше будет подписантов - тем весомее будет обращение. поэтому не стесняйтесь.

Судя по последним еврошевелениям даже Россию скоро снова ждут европейские инвестиции. И поэтому данное письмо касается всех наших территорий. Тем что единственной глобально-весомой альтернативой данным стандартам будет "Каталог Зеленой промышленности" КНР -он издан без всяких консультаций с вами  и на ночь его лучше не читать.

The last version sent around (with shortened hydro) looks good.

Rivers without Boundaries will sign this statement. 

We have several minor improvements which we do not insist on: e.g. possible mentioning of our non-EU constituency which suffers from EU investment (as legitimate constituencies) and clarifying that "good status of water bodies" is the focus of the WFD (not just "water", but "waters", etc.)

Logo attached in 2 formats, but if not everyone sends logo I would not mind if you do not to use them.

Please include us in circulation of final document with all signatories.
