Уважаемые коллеги!

Сегодня PCG обсуждали итоги КС, чтобы говорить в самом общем и кратком виде. Финансовая цель слабая, немало мнений, что плохая. Глобальный Север выиграл битву. Глобальный Юг проиграл битву, но не «войну». Похоже Север «выменял» выигрыш у LMDC и Арабской группы: слабую цель по финансам на «свой путь для каждого» (отсутствие смысловых шагов по JT WP, MWP, GST, отсутствие FFPO). США – «тормоз». Для Китая финансовая цель не была главной, ему важнее противостоять торговым барьерам. COP забыл про биоразнообразие, слабое гендерное решение, в GAA нет финансовых индикаторов. MWP чисто символическое решение про процесс. В 6.2 опасность непрозрачности. В 6.4 опасность плохих методологий по поглотителям. Есть мнение, что КС-30 будет более результативной для Юга.

Dear colleagues!

Today, PCG discussed results of COP, so as to speak in the most general and brief terms. The financial goal is weak, many opinions that it is bad. Global North won the battle. Global South lost the battle, but not the "war". It seems that North "traded-off" with LMDC and Arab Group: a weak financial goal for " own path for everyone" (lack of meaningful steps on JT WP, MWP, GST, lack of FFPO). The USA is a "brake". For China, the financial goal was not the main one, it is more important resist against trade barriers. COP forgot about biodiversity, there is weak gender decision, there are no financial indicators in the GAA. MWP is a purely symbolic decision on the process. In 6.2, there is risk of non-transparency. In 6.4, there is risk of bad methodologies on removals. There is opinion that COP-30 will be more effective for the South.
